Company Summary:

At Electrical Power for Heroes, we believe in giving back to those who have sacrificed so much for our nation. We are a dedicated non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of disabled veterans by providing free and/or discounted electrical services for their homes and businesses. Our mission is to ensure safe, functional, and accessible electrical systems, easing burdens and improving the daily lives of our heroes through the power of reliable electricity.

Our History – Why We Do This:

We knew there were several non-profits which assisted Veterans with major upgrades and modifications so they could return home. However, we observed a need for smaller scale enhancements and wanted to use our skills to give back and fill this void. We believe veterans deserve access to reliable and affordable home services and we are committed to providing them.

General Questions

Electrical Power for Heroes is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free and/or discounted electrical services to disabled veterans. Our mission is to enhance the safety, functionality, and accessibility of their homes and businesses.

Disabled veterans often face unique challenges, including financial strain and physical limitations, which can make essential home repairs like electrical work difficult to afford or manage. We believe that ensuring a safe and functional electrical environment is a fundamental way to support those who have bravely served our nation.

We operate through the generous support of donations, and the dedication of skilled volunteers and professionals. Our process involves an online application, thorough vetting, on-site assessments, and professional execution of electrical work. You can learn more on our “Our Services” page.

Our goal is to provide services at no cost to eligible disabled veterans whenever possible. In some cases, a discounted rate may apply depending on the complexity of the project, available funding, or specific material costs, but our primary aim is to significantly reduce or eliminate the financial burden for recipients.

How Our Process Works

After you apply online, we review your application for initial eligibility. If approved, we’ll schedule an interview, followed by an on-site assessment to plan the work. We schedule and then complete the electrical services. A final walkthrough ensures your satisfaction.

All electrical work is performed by licensed and qualified electricians who adhere to the highest industry standards and local electrical codes. Our priority is safety, durability, and professionalism.

The timeline can vary depending on several factors, including the volume of applications, the complexity of the electrical work, permit approval times (if required), and the availability of our teams. We strive to complete projects as efficiently as possible and will keep you informed of the estimated timeline throughout the process.

Our Commitment to Veterans

We are deeply committed to serving the veteran community. Our mission is to honor the service of our veterans who sacrificed for our freedom. We understand the unique challenges veterans face and are dedicated to providing reliable and affordable electrical services to help them modify their homes to meet their needs while ensuring electrical safety.
